TOA Lacquer Thinner No.71 is formulated from mixed organic solvents. It is suitable for thinning Industrial Lacquer, Primer Surfacer, Nitro-Cellulose Lacquer, Lacquer Sanding Sealer and Automotive Lacquer Grade NC. It enhances adhesion. Paint film is smooth and high gloss.
